  Almost every morning I start my day at Colleen's Coffee Shop. It is always warm and cosy. Colleen always great me with a big smile. The coffee is organic, rich, smooth and never bitter.There is also a fresh pot of Yerba Matte. Colleen makes delicious egg casseroles and a variety of bagel sandwiches and fresh pastries. She will even make a hot bowl of oatmeal to your liking. I always leave satisfied.

  I want to like this little, local shop so much. I've been there twice on my way back from the coast and both times my afternoon cup of coffee was so watery, it hardly had a taste. I take my coffee seriously, and nothing makes me more annoyed than a weak cup of coffee. They have Taylor Maid coffee, which is one of my favorites, but they make it like diner coffee. I tried an Americano the first time and a regular coffee this time. Nice local shop, but they need to learn how to make a nice, rich, strong cup of joe.
